NADRA - Pakistan High Commission London is holding local surgeries (Mobile Registration Team) in Southall to allow the Pakistan expatriates community to apply for the National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistinis (NICOP) and Pakistan Origin Card (POC).

It has been designed to provide efficient services at your doorstep.

Only 100 applications can be processed per day. First come basis.

All the applicants need to come in person with their original documents.

The following documents are required:

  1. Original Pakistani Passport with valid visa or valid foreign passport

  2. Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or old National identity Card.

  3. Parents National Identity Cards (photocopies)

  4. Fee is £29 each - cash payments only

  5. Husband's CNIC/Old NIC/NICOP photocopy (if husband is a family head or applicant is a married female.

  6. In case of British born children, if child is already registered with NADRA (using B form or has a Pakistani Passport/NICOP card). photocopies of parents ID cards or passports will be required to make a family link.
    British born children who are not registered with NADRA will need to provide a full British/Registration birth certificate (original) with parents names on it, in addition to other documents.

  7. At least one NADRA Urdu card or NICOP card number is required as a reference from applicant's first blood relation (brother, sister, father, mother or husband/wife).

  8. No forms, photo copies or photographs are required when applying in person.

Personal appearance of the applicant is compulsory as system requirs live data entry, photo, signiture and thumb impression capturing. Application cannot be processed without personal appearance of the applicant.
